Eyeliner Look #2~

So here is part 2 of the eyeliner look! use the same directions, and enjoy! Liz

Outline: Pencil liner
Fill in: Liquid liner

It looks messy when i outlined it (top pic), so i cleaned up with a q-tip to make it a cleaner look (bottom pic).
