Dotting Tools around your house!

Well dotting tools are tools that you use for nail polish to make dots, flowers, and patterns on your nails, and they can be pricey, SO here are a few things in every household that you can use as a dotting tool!

the end of a paperclip
a toothpick
a needle
the tip of a ballpoint pen. (this was a friends idea, you know who you are!)
the end of a pin (the type with the ball on the end)
a pencil

there are a few ideas for dotting tools!

Quick eye makeup look

Okay well here is a REALLY quick daily eye makeup look!

Picture 1: prime eyelids and put on a gold/bronze eyeshadow color (color a on eyeshadow palate)

Picture 2: halfway on the LID apply a shimmery black color (color b) and bring out past the crease kinda like a smoky eye.

Picture 3: (step 2 except with eye open)

Picture 4: Curl eyelashes, apply mascara, and us a pencil eyeliner to thinly line the lash line

Picture 5: Apply false lashes if you want your eyelashes to be really dramatic. (wow these lashes make my eyes look small)

How to save up $ for a product!

Okay, well the holiday season just passed (sorta), and usually during the holidays you spend a lot of your spending money and you still really want some limited addition products that you didn't get. Here are some tips on how to save up money for a product you want!! xoxo, ~liz

every time you get ready to check out, review each item and think: do i really need that NOW?!?
don't go out to expensive places a lot when you are saving up (if you can)
when you go shopping, bring less money than what you usually would
plan what you are going to buy, don't walk in a store and just go with the flow.
allow an extra $10 for what you might just fall in love with at a store. (please no more, your saving, not splurging..)
keep some pocket money at home (or a safe spot) at all times. This can be your savings pile for your wanted item.
deposit money at the bank more often. (that was just a life tip...)
think about how much you want that item every time you go shopping
