- carry hand sanitiser
- wash your hands before eating (honestly, you put your hands in you mouth. keep clean!)
- don't bite nails, lick hands or anything of the sort
- if you feel like you are sick the night before or that morning, take some medicine, it will help you feel better
- lastly, don't put too much pressure on your self. be calm!

Stay healthy in school!
No matter whether tomorrow you have a HUGE test, or if its a Friday. You want to stay healthy when you are in school. From 7th grade up, if you miss a day, you can really miss a lot of stuff (based on my experience) so here are some tips on how to stay healthy when you are in school.
